    Over a catered lunch, presenters keep members up to date on the latest industry issues, code changes, business strategies and training events. This provides a perfect opportunity for our members to meet influential leaders from the industry.
     
  • TOTAL TRAINING
    Each electrical contracting company has many layers of employees. Journeymen, foremen, estimators, project managers and owners all need training to continue to grow and to develop. NNMIEC has a full time training director whose mission is to provide state of the art learning experiences for member companies. It is like having your own training department, with customized training to meet your individual needs.
     
  • PERIODIC EVENTS
    NNMIEC coordinates many fun activities and gatherings for our members. Lobo games, Isotopes Baseball and Scorpions Hockey are a few of the organized social events that we sponsor. In June of each year we host a celebration for the graduating class of apprentices.
     
  • TRAINING FACILITY AND CONFERENCE ROOM
    NNMIEC members are welcome to schedule safety meetings, toolbox talks or other meeting events at our training facility. We can accommodate up to 40 people in a state of the art classroom environment or up to 10 people in a comfortable conference room setting. We are developing a construction library that will provide an avenue of research for the excelling electrician.
